Meet Michael
Michael Chakrian is the founder and lead attorney at Noble Attorneys, a Glendale based plaintiffs' firm representing injured workers and employees across Los Angeles County and California. He concentrates his practice on workers' compensation, serious personal injury, and employment law cases, the kinds of cases that require not just legal knowledge, but creative strategy, disciplined investigation, and the willingness to stay in a fight longer than the other side expects.
Michael grew up in Los Angeles, the son of Armenian parents who taught him two things early on: work hard, and stand up for people who can't stand up for themselves. Those two principles are the reason Noble Attorneys exists. He started the firm to do plaintiff's work the right way, with real attention, honest answers, and the kind of trial ready preparation insurance companies can't bluff their way past.
Michael built his career at prominent Los Angeles plaintiffs' firms before founding Noble Attorneys, developing deep experience across workers' compensation, serious personal injury, and complex employment matters. He has personally handled hundreds of contested cases and tried matters at the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board, in California Superior Court, and on appeal. He knows that insurance companies and self insured employers are accustomed to run of the mill claims that resolve quickly. He instead focuses on the kinds of cases that require painstaking evidence gathering, a well constructed narrative, and the patience to make the other side understand the seriousness of what they're facing.
"My clients are working people. They're not used to being represented, they're used to being told no. My job is to flip that on its head." Michael Chakrian, Esq.
Clients consistently value his calm under pressure and his commitment to setting realistic expectations. He believes every person who engages the firm is trusting him with something important, and that trust shapes everything from how he communicates to how he prepares. He gives clients a clear view of the whole process up front, breaks it into digestible pieces, and keeps them focused on the result rather than any potential bump along the way.

Beyond the Practice
Outside the courtroom, Michael is a dad to two kids who he tries to never miss a game for. Soccer is the family sport. He grew up playing, still plays in adult leagues when his schedule lets him, and now spends most weekends on the sidelines as a youth coach in the MLS Next development pipeline. His kids play, his weekends revolve around tournaments, and you'll usually catch him watching Champions League matches with a strong opinion on the referee.
He believes the things that make a good coach, patience, preparation, knowing your players, and the willingness to fight for the right call, are the same things that make a good lawyer. It's why his clients tend to feel like they're on a team with him, not just on a case list.
Languages Spoken at the Firm
Noble Attorneys provides representation in English, Español, and Հայերեն (Armenian). Communication should never be the reason someone gives up on a case.
What Guides Our Work
Most of our clients are working people. Drivers, nurses, construction laborers, line cooks, warehouse workers, gig workers for delivery and rideshare apps. They are not used to being represented. They are used to filling out forms, waiting on hold, and being told no.
The firm is built around reversing that experience. You'll know your attorney's cell phone number. You'll get answers in the language you prefer. You'll get a candid assessment of your case, including the parts that aren't going to be easy. And if it ever comes time to put on a suit and fight for you in front of a judge, we're ready for that too.
